  • 3 Pork chops, bone‑in
  • 150 g Fresh spinach
  • 100 ml Coconut cream
  • 2 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • ½ tsp Dried thyme
  • to taste Salt
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper

Instructions
