- 4 cups Broccoli florets
- 0.33 cup Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Fresh ginger, minced
- 3 pieces Garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 0.5 cup Beef broth
- 1 teaspoon Toasted sesame seeds(optional)

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, cornstarch, and beef broth to create the sauce.

Add the broccoli florets and two tablespoons of water; cover and steam for 3 minutes until tender-crisp, then remove and set aside.
