Ingredients
- 4 6-ounce portions Salmon fillets
- 3 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Lemon zest
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
- 0.5 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
- 4 pieces Lemon slices(optional)

Preheat your outdoor grill to medium-high heat (about 375-400 degrees Fahrenheit).

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.

Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels to ensure a good sear and prevent sticking.

Brush both sides of the salmon fillets generously with the prepared lemon herb marinade.

Lightly oil the grill grates and place the salmon skin-side down on the grill.

Close the lid and cook for 4 to 5 minutes without moving the fish to allow the skin to crisp.

Carefully flip the fillets and grill for another 3 to 4 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit.

Remove from the grill, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve with extra lemon slices.
