Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Plain yogurt (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 cup Mango puree (fresh or frozen thawed)
  • 3 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp Milk (or water, as needed to thin)(optional)
  • 1 tbsp Honey or maple syrup(optional)
  • 1/4 tsp Ground cardamom
  • 1 tsp Lime juice(optional)

Instructions

    In a bowl, whisk the yogurt, mango puree, chia seeds, cardamom, and (if using) honey/maple syrup until evenly combined.

    If the mixture is too thick, whisk in 1–2 tbsp milk or water to reach a spoonable consistency.

    Divide into two small glasses or jars, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight) to thicken.
