Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken Thighs
  • 2 stalks Lemongrass
  • 0.25 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 whole Cucumber
  • 0.25 cup White Vinegar

Instructions
