- 150 g Ramen noodles
- 2 cup Vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp Miso paste
- 1 tbsp Curry powder
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp Green onions, sliced(optional)
- 1 tsp Sesame oil(optional)
Instructions

In a pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat and sauté garlic and ginger for 1 minute.

Add curry powder and stir for 30 seconds, then pour in vegetable broth and bring to a gentle boil (about 5 minutes).

Stir in miso paste and soy sauce until fully dissolved, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

Cook ramen noodles separately according to package instructions (about 3 minutes), drain, and add to the broth.
