- 0.5 cup All-purpose flour
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups Marinara sauce
- 1.5 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
- 0.25 cup Vegetable oil for frying
- 1 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped(optional)
