  • 6 Eggs
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese (Shredded)
  • 0.5 cup Egg White Powder
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric
  • 0.5 tsp Chili Powder

Instructions

    Create a 'Fathead' style dough but laminate it by folding in cold butter layers and chilling repeatedly.

    Hard-boil 4 eggs, peel, and halve.

    Sauté onions with spices until caramelized and thick.

    Roll out the chilled pastry and cut into squares.

    Place a spoonful of masala and half an egg on each square; fold and seal with egg wash from the remaining eggs.

    Bake at 400°F until golden and puffed.
