Ingredients

  • 400 g Paneer
  • 1 large head Cauliflower
  • 3 tbsp Ghee
  • 2 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1.5 cups Flaxseed Meal

    Sauté onions, ginger-garlic paste, and spices in ghee until fragrant.

    Prepare roti by mixing flaxseed meal with boiling water, rolling thin, and dry-frying.
